The Ohio Bed & Breakfast Association has developed a new program to help aspiring innkeepers. In addition, specially discounted rates are offered as incentive to those committed to starting their new business in one of the following Ohio counties: Athens, Hocking, Morgan, Perry, Ross or Vinton. If you are a new or aspiring innkeeper looking for educational programs and business tools to help you get started in your bed and breakfast business, you'll love our intensive one- and three-day workshops. The Ohio Bed & Breakfast Association, in cooperation with Hocking College and with the aid of a USDA grant, has developed a pilot program to offer educational programming to individuals who wish to learn more about how to open and operate a bed and breakfast.
Educational programming is available to anyone with a desire to learn more about the bed & breakfast industry with special benefits available to individuals who make a commitment to try to open a bed and breakfast in one of the pilot programs targeted Ohio counties. Individuals who accept this commitment will be entitled to special benefits, including but not limited to:
