Sponsored by the Ohio Bed & Breakfast Association
Guests can "rest assured" while staying with one of the inspected and approved members of the Ohio Bed & Breakfast Association. Why? Because all members listed in this directory have successfully completed an on-site standard inspection by a qualified inspector assigned by the Ohio Bed & Breakfast Association, Inc.
The purpose of the standards review is to ensure that members of the Ohio Bed & Breakfast Association meet or exceed minimum services standards established by the Association in four important areas: Safety; cleanliness; comfort; and hospitality. Each member should consistently deliver high quality service and products as a standard for each guest regardless of race, religion, nationality, creed, sex, age or disability.
Compliance with the standards is mandatory. To complete a review successfully, each member's bed & breakfast location inspection includes close examination of the following areas: Hospitality; Buildings & Grounds; Guest Rooms; Bathrooms; Breakfast and Breakfast Service; Common Room; Communication.
Only those bed and breakfast properties that pass our rigorous Standards Inspection are entitled to apply for a listing in the association's printed directory, which is distributed through 1-800-BUCKEYE and other professional distribution networks, and to a listing in the online directories OBBA maintains at www.ohiobedandbreakfast.org and other travel sites on the Internet.
